When it comes to Halloween, Heidi Klum does it best. She is a world-wide-known model, judge for America’s Got Talent, producer, mother to four and holds several other titles and hats. But of course, she is also a Halloween enthusiast (a.k.a the Halloween Queen) who is known for hosting the biggest, star-studded Halloween parties featuring some of the best celebrity Halloween costumes that make headlines on October 31. And although several A-list celebrity party guests go all out with some of the best costumes for Halloween night, nobody does it quite like Heidi!
Since 27 years old, Heidi started hosting these bashes, and every year gets better and better. From spending seven hours in prosthetics transforming into a werewolf to appearing with her husband Tom Kaulitz in a couples Halloween costume as Shrek and Fiona, she always finds a way to bring something new to the table each year.
And although in recent years Heidi has had to shift gears and cancel her annual parties in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic, she still found a creative and innovative way to celebrate the holiday. Her 2021 project paid homage to her favorite horror movies, with a gut-wrenching zombie video of her returning from the dead and scenes that showed Heidi peeling off her own flesh.
And now that Halloween is here, take a look at Heidi Klum's 2022 Halloween costume! After spending hours getting ready and months of anticipation from fans, Heidi finally revealed herself as a worm, alongside her fisherman husband! In addition to her 2022 costume, we are also sharing all of Heidi Klum’s best Halloween costumes from past years — they are all showstoppers!

2022: Worm Halloween Costume
The Queen of Halloween is back and better than ever! Heidi Klum walked down, or rather, "inched down" the blue carpet as a worm, alongside her fisherman husband, Tom Kaulitz.
After canceling her annual Halloween party for the second time in a row. Heidi Klum decided to pay homage to some of her favorite horror movies with her short film that she created for 2021. After crawling out of her grave, she resumes her life as mom with her kids; except this time she turns into a zombie. From her flesh peeling off to her eyeball falling in her drink, her kids definitely know that something is not right. We guess you’ll just have to watch the short film to find out what happens (if your stomach can handle it)!
2020: Toilet Paper Mummies
Heidi's children — Leni, 16, Henry, 15, Johan, 13, and Lou, 11 — got head-to-toe zombie-mummy makeovers for the short film. “We had so much fun shooting this together,” Heidi told Vogue. “My kids learned so much in these two days of filming about how some tricks work, how to move and act like mummies, how to remember their lines and cues. Even though they have come to visit me on many sets over the years, this is the first time they have participated.”
The supermodel partnered up with husband Tom Kaulitz for this gory, out-of-this-world look. Her entire costume came together with 10 hours of prosthetics and makeup, which she shared during her Amazon livestream.
For her first costume of the season, the model transformed herself into a firework, complete with a glittery face and green hair. She was joined by her husband in a matching ensemble.
After she gave fans a sneak peek at her costume on Instagram, many thought she was going to be George Washington or Gungan from Star Wars. But the beauty won Halloween by dressing as Fiona from the movie Shrek. Tom completely nailed his own Shrek look.
2017: Michael Jackson's "Thriller"
You can't celebrate Halloween without busting out a "Thriller" dance. She brought the 1982 music video to the streets of New York City in this nearly-identical Michael Jackson outfit.
You know you're a big deal when you dress as yourself for Halloween. Yes, really. Heidi arrived at her 2016 party in her Victoria's Secret best with an army of lookalikes.
Va-va-voom. Inspired by the leading lady in Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, Heidi enhanced her figure with prosthetics, bold makeup and a curve-hugging red dress.
Um, did we just take a trip to Cirque de Soleil?! Heidi waltzed through the streets of New York City in this bold and beautiful butterfly costume, massive wingspan included.
The details on this Granny costume are everrrrrything. She used makeup and prosthetics to age her skin with varicose veins and wrinkles.
Now there's the Heidi we know and love! She let her natural beauty shine in this dramatic Cleopatra costume, complete with a gilded gold headdress.
Talk about commitment. At her first Halloween party of 2011, she dressed as "the Visible Women" and had men dressed as surgeons wheel her out on a gurney.
A few days later, Heidi and Seal did a complete 180 in this head-to-toe hairy costume. They leaned on prosthetics for a life-like ape look.
Kudos to Heidi for walking down an entire red carpet on stilts. Oh, and for covering her entire body in purple latex.
What's better than one crow? A whole murder of 'em! Seal matched his then-wife in this intricate, feathered costume. To no one's surprise, the model admitted that the beak and wings made dancing, drinking and eating nearly impossible.
She took a cultural shift in 2008 when she dressed as Kali, the Hindu goddess of death and time. This blue, multi-armed costume was a showstopper (and still is TBH).
2006: The Forbidden Fruit
Heidi, is that you? In a year overrun by Charlie's Angels costumes, Klum went to the Bible for inspiration for her Eve and the Forbidden Fruit costume. In case you were wondering, Seal dressed as Eve.
Is she dressed as Cher? A vampire? Well, she may as well be a cross between the two in this vampy getup.
Because every witch needs her own broomstick along with a skeleton hanging on to her for dear life, right?
Okay, so she's not quite Betty White's style of Golden Girl. The model gave off major gladiator vibes in this metallic gold number.
The lashes! The curls! The cigarette holder! She wore a silky ensemble to become everyone's favorite animated flapper.
Now, this is an entrance. Heidi let her hair down for this over-the-top ensemble inspired by English folklore.
It kind of looks like the America's Got Talent judge raided her angsty teenage closet. Or her local Hot Topic. Something's telling us she didn't do either to create this leather-clad look for her first Halloween bash.
